Diploma verification is intended for employers and HR workers. Are you a private citizen and would you like to view your own diplomas? Please go to Mijn diploma's for private citizens.
As an employer, you cannot access Mijn diploma’s. Only diploma holders, recognised educational institutions and certain government agencies can log in to Mijn diploma’s.

What is a digital diploma?
A digital diploma is an official document extracted from DUO’s Mijn diploma’s register. It serves as proof that a diploma or certificate has been obtained.
Types of diplomas in Mijn diploma's
It can take 2 to 8 weeks for your applicant’s diploma to appear in Mijn diploma’s. The following types of education and graduation years are included:

Not all types of diplomas
Some diplomas are not included in Mijn diploma’s even though they are valid. Diplomas from the following programmes are not available:
- pre-master's programme
- post-HBO programme
- PhD
- lateral entry teacher training programme (‘zij-instroom’)
- industry programme
Value of digital versus physical diploma
A digital diploma is an official document issued by DUO. It holds the same value as a paper diploma.
Digital diploma must be in PDF
A document from Mijn diploma’s is always a PDF. Ask the diploma holder for a recently downloaded digital diploma from Mijn diploma’s.
Features of digital diploma
A valid digital diploma looks like this:
Negative result
Did you verify the diploma using the online verification tool and were the results negative? Do not accept the document. Ask the owner of the diploma for the original PDF file from Mijn diploma’s. If you suspect fraud, please contact DUO.
